]]> http://anxietydisorderspanicattacks.com/panic-anxiety-attacks-causes-symptoms-and-treatments/#comment-3 WilliamWhitmire Tue, 24 Nov 2009 22:21:08 +0000 http://anxietydisorderspanicattacks.com/?p=26#comment-3 I,ve dealt with Anxiety as long as I can remember...Notes from teachers to my parents when I was only in Grade-School voicing concerns over my persistent rocking in my desk chair to chewing my nails to the Bone!!!My needyness was so apparent...My parents refused to look at this situation as a problem as this slapped them in the face,so to speak, with a child less than perfect...I went to first psychiartrist around 1970...Several in the 1980"s...Took 4 medications at same time during the 80's...Tried prozac in the early 90's...none really worked as symptoms would ,as always before,subside , or I was able to keep them under control for a while, and of course they always resurfaced....This could go on and on....The resulting depression , always depression in association with the anxiety has put my "Life In A Shambles"The Guilt and Shame and Wrong decision making....Never felt as if I belonged anywhere...
