Do you know the difference between panic and anxiety attacks? Anxiety is thought as an extreme worry or scared feeling while under intense pressure or in a stressful situation. It is a natural response from the body. When danger is about to be unfolded it's resembles an automatic alarm that goes off when there are trespassers nearby.

So what is a panic attack? A panic attack is an intense panic or sudden fear that happens instantly with or without reason. It can happen at anytime or any place and to anyone.
